Color vision

Uses a blue and orange palette that stays distinct for red-green and blue-yellow color blindness, with underlines and check marks so color is never the only cue.

Fitness

A spoken coach for the classical Pilates Intermediate Mat routine (19 exercises).

How a session works

  1. Listen — the app reads the setup for the exercise, one line at a time (the current line is highlighted). Tap “I’m in position, start counting” to jump ahead.
  2. Move — a spoken counter/timer calls each rep and cue at a steady beat (e.g. The Hundred: “In, 2, 3, 4, 5, Out… 10, 20…”). A ring shows rep progress and a timer shows elapsed time.
  3. Next — when the count ends the voice says “Tap Next”, and the Next button unlocks. Skip is available at any time. Back, Repeat and Pause/Resume are also there.

Choose Slow / Standard / Brisk pace on the home screen. Tap any exercise in the list to start from it.

Fitness

A spoken coach for the 12 Best Exercises Routine.

What it does

  • Session flow: for each exercise the coach speaks the how-to (setup, movement, form), says “Get into position… 3, 2, 1, begin,” then counts reps out loud. When it finishes, Next lights up. Skip works at any time.
  • Two formats (from the routine):
    • Straight Sets — The Hundred, then exercises 2–11 as set · 30-second rest · set, then the walk (12 steps).
    • Circuit — The Hundred, exercises 2–11 once, again, then the walk (22 steps). Round 2 gives a short reminder instead of the full how-to (switchable in Settings).
  • Counters: The Hundred calls 10 breaths (inhale 5 pumps / exhale 5 pumps). Rep exercises count to the top of the range and announce “That’s 10. 2 more if you can.” Alternating moves (shoulder press, lunges, bicycle) call “Right… Left” per rep. Rest is a spoken countdown. The walk is a 20-minute timer with 5-minute, halfway, 1-minute, and final-seconds cues.
  • Controls: Pause/Resume, Repeat (replays the explanation), Skip, Next/Finish, End session (saves partial progress). Screen stays on during a session.
